  • Shipping & Delivery

    Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Shipping notifications are sent via email after package(s) are shipped with tracking, if available. Transit days are Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. UPS and FedEx packages are not delivered on weekends. If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination. Your credit card will only be billed when your order is shipped.

    At Zoe CBD, our relationship with our customers is very important to us. We make every attempt to ensure your privacy and security. We collect customer specific information in an effort to communicate details about our products and services. You should be assured that Zoe CBD will never disclose your identity or personal information to any third party, unless it is necessary to provide you with products or services from Zoe CBD.

    When you place an order over our website, we will ask for your payment method preference, credit card account number, CVN, and expiration date (if applicable), name as it appears on your credit card, "bill to" address, shipping address, daytime phone number, and e-mail address. Some of this information may be stored in the form of a "cookie" on your computer. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer. Your browser should give you the option to refuse cookies. Zoe CBD's web site requires that you have cookies enabled on your browser security settings.

    We may also use your contact information from your online order to e-mail you newsletters that inform you of new products and special features at Zoe CBD, should you choose to opt-in. To receive these e-mails is an option to each of our customers and can be set when placing an order or anytime when visiting our website.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Have a return? No problem. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return or exchange part or all of your purchase from Zoe CBD, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 7 days of the purchase. In order to have your returns/exchange processed, please contact us. Purchased items are determined nonreturnable if opened, used, or have sustained damage by the customer. Your return item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another Zoe CBD purchase or returned for a refund minus shipping cost.

    Please note: We do not reimburse any shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).

  • Ordering

    Ordering of Zoe CBD products can be done online using our secure website. If further assistance is required during the ordering process, please contact our Sales Department. Online orders can be paid via credit card.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Zoe CBD strives to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions and pricing information listed on zoecbd.com. However, Zoe CBD does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing information, promotions, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, Zoe CBD cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the Site. Zoe CBD reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site and discontinue any promotion listed on the Site at any time without notice. If upon receipt of a product offered by Zoe CBD you find that it is not as described on the Site, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

  • Viewing Orders

    If you would like to view open and past orders, you can do so by logging into your account. Once logged into your account, you can view the status of your orders, the date they were placed, and for open orders, what phase of the fulfillment process your order is in. To quickly track your packages, in the footer of every web-page, click on "Track My Order", enter your information, and you will be provided a snapshot of what phase your order is in of the fulfillment process.

  • Updating Account Information

    You can update your account at any time on our website by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of every web-page. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all information is accurate. Zoe CBD is not responsible for inaccurate information and we cannot edit your account information.
